  Food is good, however not bright enough for me yo feel happy while eating. so i take out most of the time.

  While the food remains on par with expectations, the service at this location simply makes the experience not worth the bother. I have now tried them twice in the past month: the first time, which took nearly 25 minutes from ordering to leaving with a meal, I thought I wouldn't return because it took way too long. The next time, I tried ordering online, received a confirmation, but then almost wasn't let into the store to pickup my order (the confirmation suggested the order would be ready at 9pm, which is when the store closes -- but I arrived at 8:52p and still had trouble getting in). With all the options for rotisserie chicken, don't bother with this location unless being abused as you wait for chicken is your version of a good time.

  It's a very neat, clean and it's cozy. The food is good, especially the ribs and it's not crazy expensive.
